Haidah Amirzadeh, B.F.A, J.D. is one of Saskatchewan’s top Immigration Lawyer.She is the owner of Amirzadeh Law Office and is a sole practitioner since 2007.
Haidah’s practice focuses on immigration, Refugee and Citizenship law. During her articles, she began developing an immigration practice singlehandedly as at the time there were very few Lawyers which practiced immigration law in Saskatchewan. She assists clients in very complex matters involving various temporary permit issues, entrepreneur class, spousal sponsorships, admissibility appeals, and refugee claims and citizenship issues.
Haidah has successfully represented clients in Federal Court, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, the Saskatchewan Provincial Court, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and the Immigration Appeal Division. Haidah is the North Chair of the CBA Immigration Section and a Director with the Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City ( CLASSIC). She also has been teaching Immigration and Refugee law at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law since 2007.
